There is still no opening date set for the Skyliner being built at Walt Disney World, but if you’ve seen the construction, you realize they are working fast on it. Let’s take a look at the progress going on with the station and towers over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
As guests may now know, the Skyliner will be a gondola transportation system which will take you to different parks and resorts. There will be stops for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and the new Disney’s Riviera Resort (DVC).
There are reported plans to have it open and operating by sometime in 2019, and construction is coming along rather quickly. Let’s look at how things are going with the Skyliner loading station at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Looking into the sky and out through the parking lot at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can also see the towers which will carry the gondolas from place to place. Looking in this direction, it is heading toward Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
