Disney has finally released some more information about the refurbishment being done to one of its Moderate Resorts, and that includes a release season. The huge new 15-story tower being built at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is set to open in the summer of 2019 and the new concept art released for it…proves it will be incredible.
Construction has long been underway at Coronado Springs since the expansion was announced last year.
The new concept art released shows the incredible 15-story tower that will feature 545 guest rooms which include 50 suites and a huge two-story entrance lobby. There will also be a brand new unique table-service dining location on top of the tower that is going to give guests a beautiful view of Walt Disney World.
Oh, and there will be two presidential suites in the tower as well, but let’s take a look at the huge new lobby for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
There will be a second table-service location located in the middle of Lake Dorado which is the 14-acre lake in the center of Coronado Springs. Guests will be able to access it by the new walkways going across the lake.
At the same time, the existing 1,800 guestrooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort have been updated and refurbished.
