Sneak Peek Of ‘Beauty And The Beast’ Dark Ride At Tokyo Disneyland Is Amazing – Photos And Video

Tokyo Disneyland has long had some really cool attractions and rides, but the first-ever Beauty and the Beast ride in a Disney Park may be one of the best. A sneak preview has been released for this dark ride attraction, and it looks completely awesome.

The attraction will be called “Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast” and it is scheduled to open at the Tokyo Disney Resort sometime in 2020. A sneak peek was released by Disney and it gives guests a look at some of the audio-animatronics, concept art, and housing building for the dark ride.

As you can see in the image above, these audio-animatronics are more of the old-school style with new technology. They don’t use the digital faces such as those used in Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Frozen Ever After.

The concept art featured below also details just how intricate and extravagant the show-building will be.

The ride vehicles for “Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast” will be a giant teacup that is modeled in the style of Mrs. Potts and Chip. Each vehicle will hold up to 10 guests each and will on the trackless system that is featured in many attractions at the Tokyo Disney Resort.

Guests will move throughout the story of Beauty and the Beast while seeing Belle, Beast, Lumiere, Cogsworth, and others come to life before their eyes. The trackless ride vehicle system will allow guests to feel as if they are a part of the scene whether ice skating or dancing or moving around with the characters.
