Sebastian’s Bistro has only been open for a few months at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, but there is a major change coming already. By the end of January, the dining location will no longer provide lunch service.
As of January 27, 2019, Sebastian’s Bistro will no longer serve lunch which used to be available from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. As of this date, guests will be able to go to the Sebastian’s Bistro for dinner which begins at 5 p.m.
For those who are looking for lunch options at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, they can still find it at Spyglass Grill and the Centertown Market.
