It seems as if some guests are always wondering what it is like to be a part of their world, but who hasn’t wanted to be a mermaid at one point or another? Now, guests have the chance to do just that with “Mermaid School” which will be available at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
Guests ages 4 and older (yes, adults too) can enjoy an hour-long class where they’ll be fitted with a swimmable “tail” and led through activities teaching them how to swim in a pool like a mermaid. Classes will be held at 8 a.m. before pools open to all guests.
Mermaid School will not be available at all resorts, but guests can reserve it at:
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Sunday and Thursday
- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort – Wednesday and Friday
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort – Tuesday and Saturday
- Disney’s Yacht Club Resort – Tuesday and Saturday
Classes are $50 (plus tax) per person and you will have the option to purchase your fin after your class as well.
Guests will be able to reserve the Mermaid School classes by calling 407-WDW-PLAY and bookings open on March 17, 2019.
