Make way for all the multi-color candies that melt in your mouth and not in your hand. An M&M’s retail store is heading to Disney Springs and it is set to open sometime in 2020 for all guests to enjoy.
Going in where the former Curl and Fit2Run retail locations used to be, the M&M’s store will sit next to Splitsville near the NBA Experience. Construction on the new location from Mars will begin immediately for an opening sometime in 2020.
“Disney Springs is one of the most popular retail destinations in the country, making it the perfect location for our new M&M’S experiential store,” said Patrick McIntyre, Director of Global Retail at Mars Retail Group. “Guests will be fully immersed into an interactive chocolate experience that will create more moments and more smiles through the colorful fun of M&M’S.”
There has been no exact confirmation on what will happen to the current M&M’s World Store at the Florida Mall. It will likely end up closing down, but again, that has not yet been confirmed as of this time.
UPDATE – While no exact date has been given, the M&M’s store location at the Florida Mall will be closing.
