If you love dining with rodents and going to one of the only places in Walt Disney World with the old-school small circle pizzas, you’ll have less chance of doing it soon. PizzeRizzo at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is set to go to seasonal operation soon, but don’t fughettabouit.
Cast Members working a PizzeRizzo have reportedly been told that they will soon be going to seasonal operation. Many of the Cast Members are already being advised that they are being sent to other venues around Walt Disney World.
Right now, it’s not certain when seasonal operation will begin or even if PizzeRizzo will be open during the holidays this year. Some CMs are being advised that a reopening of “Spring 2019” is also possible, but things could go either way.
For quite sometime now, PizzeRizzo has operated only during the hours of 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. If seasonal operation ruly comes about, it’s not entirely shocking.
Please remember that Disney has not made an official announcement about PizzeRizzo going seasonal, and that means anything could change. It could continue to operate daily or not close at all or something else entirely.
This is simply what is being said as of now, and what is expected.

This surprises me due to the major refurb that space had. I’ll miss being able to drop in and get their fabulous meatball sub. I’d think that when Star Wars Land opens, that there would be an abundance of diners in that area. Let’s hope it doesn’t close for good!
