A number of hotels in the Disney Springs’ area started offering Extra Magic Hours and the extended 60-day window for FastPass+, but now there are more. Two additional offsite hotels are now offering those same amenities and guests can take part in them now.
The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria hotels have entered the category of offsite hotels which include Extra Magic Hours and the 60-day FastPass+ window. Those hotels officially began offering those two extras as of March 1, 2019.
Guests at these official Walt Disney World Hotels will be given vouchers at the front desk and must present those with valid park admission to enjoy Extra Magic Hours. This benefit is already in place and has officially started.
The 60-day FastPass+ reservation window for Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria is expected to begin within the next two months. The official start date on this benefit has not yet been confirmed.

I am of the opinion that these perks are things one should get if they “stay with the mouse”. It will cause thenparks to be too crowded during the magic hours and cause problems when trying to book fast passes for those actually staying on property at a Disney resort.
