Mickey’s Not So Scary events take place after the Magic Kingdom park closes for the night and all other park guests must exit. To stay for the party though, it is an extra cost and one that is worth it to spend the hours of park closing until midnight enjoying all the Halloween festivities.
Guests not going to the party must exit the Magic Kingdom by 7:00 p.m. Guests with tickets to the party can enter around 4:00 or 4:30 p.m.
