As of Monday, April 23, 2012 – Disney’s Animal Kingdom saw two big attractions closed down for emergency and urgent maintenance.
Both the Tough to Be a Bug 3D experience and the Tree of Life trails have been closed down due to a small branch falling sometime while the park was closed. Disney work crews are currently doing an investigation into why the branch may have fallen.
Luckily it happened during the night hours so no-one was injured.
There is no word as to when the two attractions will open so make sure to plan accordingly if you’ll be visiting DAK over the next few days.
