Refurbishment For Pirates Of The Caribbean Pushed Back – Check Out The New Dates

pirates of the caribbean refurbishment 2015Back in February, the dates for the refurbishment of Pirates of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom were revealed. Now, they’ve changed a little bit so look when your trip is and when you won’t be able to experience the attraction.

Originally slated to close on May 11, the start date for the Pirates of the Caribbean refurbishment has been pushed back.

According to the Walt Disney World Refurbishment Schedule, and it will now be closing on June 8, 2015. It’s going to be closed straight through the summer and through Sept. 25, 2015.

That leaves Guests with a tentative reopening date of Sept. 26, 2015.

Again, it isn’t known exactly what will be done during the Pirates of the Caribbean refurbishment, but there could be a change of boats, audio-animatronics being fixed, paint being touched up, and more.

So, those coming in May will now be able to enjoy the attraction, but it will still be closed for more than a full three months starting in early summer.

Please remember that dates are subject to change and can do so without any notice. Please note that this information has been taken directly from the Walt Disney World refurbishment calendar, but things do change at any time and it could start earlier again or be pushed back.
