epcot food and wine 20thThe Eat To The Beat concert series line-up was just revealed the other day, and now there is a little more info that has been revealed for the 20th anniversary of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

First off, Epcot will enjoy a full 53 days of the festival this year and it all begins on Sept. 25, 2015, and runs through Nov. 16, 2015.

One of the biggest new things is an event called Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt. Both kids and adults can enjoy a scavenger hunt throughout World Showcase to find tiny hidden statues of the famed mouse – Remy.

There will be 25 Outdoor Kitchens with some bringing forth exciting new dishes and beverages.

The Disney Food Blog has confirmed that the Scotland Booth is back this year, and it’s bringing a new drink that is called the Scottish Citrus Thistle.

Other big returns and new things include:

  • Australia Booth – Grilled sweet and spicy bush berry shrimp with pineapple, peppers, onions, and snap peas
  • New Zealand Booth – Seared venison loin with wild mushroom ragout and kumara dumpling
  • Farm Fresh Booth – Pepper bacon mac ‘n’ cheese
  • Canada Booth – Canadian cheddar cheese soup

Something called the French Family Meal Traditions Lunch is a brand new premium event that is going to take place on Fridays and Sundays only.

Celebrity Chefs slated to appear:

  • Buddy Valestro
  • Cat Cora
  • Jamie Deen
  • Rock Harper
  • Robert Irvine
  • Kenny Gilbert
  • John Ash (cookbook author)

More are to be named, but those are already on tap for some special events and awesome culinary demos.
