It wasn’t until late August last year that Disney officially announced the dates for the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. Now, the rumors of the lights disappearing from Disney’s Hollywood Studios– at least for this year – can go away….yet….again.
The Osborne Lights are indeed coming back, and for almost two full months.
The first night of the Osborne Lights will be Nov. 6, 2015, and they will run through Jan. 3, 2016.
For those that don’t know, the Osborne Lights are included with the price of park admission, and you can head over onto New York Street to enjoy them in all their glory. Seriously, the music, the snow, the synchronization, the Christmas feeling…there is nothing like these lights.
They began back in 1995 and the Osborne Lights have continued to bring the awesome magic of Christmas to Disney’s Hollywood Studios every year.
Usually, the lights are turned on each night at 6:00 p.m. and remain lit until park close.
Last year, there was a Frozen Holiday Premium Package added to the Osborne Lights, but there has been no mention of it yet this year. In 2014, it wasn’t officially announced until the beginning of October so anything is possible.
