On Tuesday morning, the new Star Wars Launch Bay wasn’t the only thing to open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. After a lengthy refurbishment, Jedi Training Academy reopened under a new name – Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple.
It was a pretty awesome show and it looks like this version of Jedi Training has double the space as the old version.
This reimagined Jedi Training experience will take younglings to the secret site of an ancient Jedi temple where they will face Darth Vader along with the Seventh Sister – a new villain from the Disney XD series “Star Wars Rebels.”

Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple still has the same sign-up system as the old Academy did, but make sure you do it first thing in the morning as spots will fill up quickly. On some days, there will also be a Cast Member outside before park opening offering sign-ups.
For some more Star Wars fun, be sure to check out Star Tours – The Adventures Continue which has a new scene from the new film Star Wars: The Force Awakens hitting theaters later this month.
Also, head to the ABC Sound Studio for a 10-minute show called Star Wars: Path of the Jedi which will be a saga experience including footage from all released films and The Force Awakens.
