Live-action movies are now another staple of success in the Disney movie library, and it looks like there are a lot more to come. Plans have been announced for a lot more than are on the horizon, and Disney has signed up some huge names for them as well.
Many know of the recently released live-action version of The Jungle Book and how it is already tearing up the box office. Disney has also had great success in the past few years with Cinderella, Maleficent, and the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
Well, there are a lot of new ones coming and that includes sequels to both The Jungle Book and Maleficent, but there’s so much more. The Disney live-action slate is growing and it looks like this.

- Beauty and the Beast – March 17, 2017

- Apr. 6, 2018
- Aug. 3, 2018
