The celebrity narrator list has now been announced for the 2016 Candlelight Processional at Epcot, but it’s a short list so far. Yes, the rest of the dates will end up being filled in, but it’s still quite early in the year and Disney has time to put more names in.
So far, there are only six celebrity narrators revealed for the 2016 Epcot Candlelight Processional and here they are:
- Steven Curtis Chapman
November 25 to 27, 2016
- Neil Patrick Harris
November 28 to December 1, 2016
- Whoopi Goldberg
December 2 to 3, 2016
- Meredith Vieira
December 13 to 15, 2016
- Joe Morton
December 19 to 21, 2016
- Cal Ripken, Jr.
December 28 to 30, 2016
Have to admit, I’m kind of stoked for the addition of Cal Ripken, Jr.
Shows take place 3 times per day at 5:00 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:15 PM, except on December 4, 2016 when shows take place at 6:45 PM and 8:15 PM only. Celebrity narrators, dates and other entertainment are subject to change without notice.

Whoopi Goldberg should not be a narrator for this event. She has shown her negative views on the
TV show the “VIEW”. She is not a good choice or fit to read the Christian Christmas Story!
I agree with Diane. I have been there many times when Whoopi Goldberg was a narrator and chose not to go the nights she was the narrator.
