This Walt Disney World Custodial Cast Member Could Give Elsa A Run For Her Money [Video]

It’s hard to pick out just one Cast Member who has created magic for me and my family during our many times to the Disney Parks. There are so many of them who do amazing jobs and hardly ever get the recognition they deserve as they are simply there to create smiles and keep the Disney magic alive.

When a guest makes sure to point out the amazing nature or talent of a Cast Member, though…that love and admiration deserves to go far.

Just a couple of days ago, a guest named Jodi posted a video of a custodial Cast Member going about her day and just doing her job. She was working over in Fantasyland and tidying up the restrooms in the Tangled-themed area, but she decided to add a little music to her day.

Jodi caught the moment on video and it was all because of the incredible voice that came from Kassie Nicole…and well, you need to just check it out for yourself in the video below.

Kassie shared the video as well and decided to share some words of wisdom about her work as a Cast Member.

“So while working at Disney World I’ve taken some advice from my Disney friends. Aurora has been teaching me her Gift of Song. Snow White just keeps insisting that I whistle while I Work. Mary Poppins says a song will move the job along. The other day I was doing as they said and casually singing while cleaning a restroom ( #custodialpride ) and a Guest (Jodi) truly made a magical moment for me. She told me over and over again how magical it was to hear me singing in the Tangled restrooms and then insisted on getting a video of me singing Let It Go to share with her Frozen-fan niece. She 💯 made my night!😍❄️🎼”

When you’re in any Disney Park or resort, make sure to let the Cast Members know you appreciate them with a smile, a “thank you,” or anything of the sort. It also never hurts to send them a #CastCompliment to the @WDWToday account on Twitter.
