As many know, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has been undergoing a lot of changes and now, we have some new info on what is to come. New details and concept art have been released for the new dining locations coming to the resort, and one has a very familiar name.
Yes, the table-service restaurant formerly known as Shutters at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will now be known as Sebastian’s Bistro. Not only is it getting a name change, but it will also open in a new location on the waterfront.
Sebastian’s Bistro will have a menu combining Caribbean and Latin flavors which bring something for everyone. Inside the restaurant, guests will see a beautiful set-up that has a tropical beachfront home theme.
Along with the announcement of Sebastian’s Bistro, the quick-service location formerly known as Old Port Royale will be renamed to Centertown Market.
There isn’t a lot known about the new location opening at a later time, but Disney did state:
“You’ll enter the space under a large palapa-like structure, accented with glowing, colored light pendants made from glass bottles. The market will feature open shutters, wooden light posts, awnings, ornamentation and unique seating areas. You will also have access to the Grab n’ Go market for specialty coffee and quick bites.”
We still don’t know an exact opening date for either dining location at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, but Disney did say “in just a few months.”
