As construction continues on Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on both coasts, there are more changes on the horizon. On Tuesday, we learned that the double sunset is about to happen soon for Jedi Training – Trials of the Temple at both Disneyland, but no word yet on if the version at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will suffer the same fate.
A Disneyland spokesperson has confirmed that Jedi Training – Trials of the Temple will soon come to an end at Disneyland Park. The focus of the company will remain on Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge which is set to open sometime in “summer 2019.”
There is no confirmed date for the closure of Jedi Training at Disneyland or it will reopen in Galaxy’s Edge in the future, but speculation has it closing in early to mid-November.
It appears as if a conference call today has caused some confusion as it is being reported that Jedi Training is also closing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but there has been no confirmation on that at all. There is speculation that Star Wars: Path of the Jedi will be closing next week, but nothing has been officially revealed about that yet either.
Disney has not said anything regarding Jedi Training – Trials of the Temple closing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so, nothing is known about that. Disney has confirmed the closure is coming to Disneyland, though, and it will likely happen soon.
