Disney Cruise Line has released the itineraries that many have been waiting for, and they are for sailings in the summer of 2020. A number of the itineraries are quite familiar, but one unique change is that the Disney Magic will be returning to Greece for a 9- and a 12-nighter.
Once again, the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream are going to stay sailing out of Port Canaveral as was to be expected. The Dream will go back and forth between 3-night and 4-night sailings through the Bahamas in the summer of 2020.
Do not forget that My Mickey Vacation Travel can help you when booking any of these or other DCL sailings. They will be ready and waiting next week when 2020 itineraries open up and can help you, no matter the level of cruiser you are.
The Disney Fantasy usually sticks with 7-night sailings through the Caribbean, but the summer of 2020 is going to be a tad different. This time around, there will a 9-night itinerary in the Southern Caribbean, and also some 3-, 4-, and 5-night itineraries through the Bahamas.
Some of those sailings on the Fantasy even include “Double Dip” stops to Castaway Cay.
The Disney Wonder will return to Alaska during summer 2020 with some amazing 7-night itineraries.
As for the Disney Magic, it will head back over to Europe for a number of amazing itineraries and new ports of call.
European Explorations
If Europe is on your bucket list, the summer of 2020 is the time to go! Three special Mediterranean cruises from Rome offer a selection of destinations in Greece, combined with visits to other notable cities in the region. Stops in Piraeus, the gateway to Athens; Katakolon, near ancient Olympia; and the islands of Santorini, Mykonos and Crete highlight these itineraries. Two of the sailings give you the opportunity to visit Sicily, where you can visit landmarks such as Mount Etna, the highest and most active volcano in Europe, or the Piazza del Duomo, the city’s historic center. The third cruise features a return to the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The Mediterranean cruises aren’t the only European itineraries with new ports of call. The Disney Magic’s grand tour of Europe in the summer of 2020 includes new stops in Gdynia, Poland; Nordfjordeid, Norway; Plymouth, England; and Zeebrugge, Belgium, offering you new ways to see the Baltic, British Isles and Norwegian fjords.
