Things are about to become much more convenient again for Walt Disney World guests heading to the water parks. Beginning next week, direct bus transportation to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon will return.
The direct water park bus transportation will begin again on March 17, 2019, and guests no longer have to go to Disney Springs first and transfer for Typhoon Lagoon. Buses will have signage stating which water park they are going to.
For those going from theme parks to water parks, you will need to make your way to a resort first.
Most resorts will have direct bus service to the water parks, but some may share the bus service:
- Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge
- Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village, and Contemporary
- All-Star Resorts (Movies, Music, Sports)
- Art of Animation and Pop Century
- Beach Club, Yacht Club, Swan, and Dolphin
- Jambo House and Kidani Village
Bus stops for water parks will be at specific locations for some resorts:
- Hospitality House at Old Key West
- South bus stop at Port Orleans
- Old Port Royals at Caribbean Beacah
- Bus stop for The Springs at Saratoga Springs
- Stop #1 (El Centro) at Coronado Springs
