Some people are willing to do anything and everything to get to Walt Disney World and enjoy the magic of the parks. That includes one man who the police are looking for as he broke into someone’s home, stole a MagicBand, went to Magic Kingdom, and rode Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.
The Winter Park Police Department tweeted out a video that shows an unidentified man riding Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. The photo shown of the man is the one taken by Disney’s PhotoPass system and it features him wearing a MagicBand he stole from the home of the victim.

It’s not really explained how he was able to use someone else’s MagicBand to get into the park and past the touch scanners, but he did.
UPDATE:
It has come to light that the person(s) shown in our prior post are NOT associated with the burglary in WP. The information initially provided to us regarding the photo was deemed to be inaccurate. He probably just went to the gate and said his fingerprint didn’t work. They then use an iPad type device to take a picture then just let him in. That happened a couple times to my mother in-law last month when we were there. They never even questioned whether she was the ow er of the magic band.
