A brand new LEGO set is coming from Disney and it is one that you’re going to want to get, put together, and plan a trip back to see the real thing. Coming soon, the Disney train and station set will choo-choo its way right into your home.
This awesome new set comes with exclusive mini-figs of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Chip, and Dale. Now, this isn’t necessarily Disneyland or Walt Disney World’s train station as it is just listed as “Disney Station,” but that’s not a bad selling point for LEGO.
The specifications and intricate details of inside the station and the electronic way of controlling the sounds and such of the train are absolutely amazing.
Here are all the details about the new Disney Train and Station set from LEGO:
- This set is for ages 12+ and features 2,925 pieces in total
- Includes 5 uniquely decorated Lego Disney minifigures with accessories: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Chip, Dale, and Goofy
- Includes 16 curved pieces and 4 straight pieces of track, locomotive, tender, passenger car, parlor car and station building
- The locomotive features a large red fender, red wheels with working coupling rods, a large smokestack and a driver’s cab
- Tender contains a Lego Powered Up Hub and a Lego Powered Up Train Motor
- Train and sound effects can be controlled through a smart device, just connect via Bluetooth from the Lego Powered Up app
- Requires batteries (not included)
- Passenger car has seating for the Lego Disney minifigures
- Station exterior features a detailed façade with a balcony, clock, and 2 flagged towers
- Station interior includes a ticket counter, café corner, draped windows, wall clock, ceiling chandelier, and tower room with surprise
- The Lego Disney train toy measures over 4 inches high, 30 inches long, and 3 inches wide
- The Lego Disney train station building measures over 15 inches high, 14 inches wide, and 6 inches deep
- The oval rail track diameter measures over 37 inches long and 27 inches wide
This new set will be released in LEGO Stores and online for $329.99 beginning on September 1, 2019. LEGO VIP members will be able to pick one up on August 19, 2019.
