Multiple reports on social media did report around 8:00 P.M. on Monday evening that a guest fell into Seven Seas Lagoon. A report from IThemePark states that a guest fell from the window of the Ferry Boat and into the water.
A number of people online say that it was a male guest who jumped off the ferry boat and into the lagoon. Others have stated that it was a female guest who simply fell off of the ferry into the lagoon and was rescued by Disney water rescue teams.
I was on the boat when this happened. She fell off the top deck and was rescued by a rescue boat. She was about 300 yards from the ferry when she was rescued.
