Earlier this month, cold temperatures caused Blizzard Beach and its snow-topped peaks to remain closed. This weekend is going to be more of the same as chilly weather is once again rolling into Central Florida.
Temperatures are going to remain quite low on on Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26, 2020. There will be lows in the low 40’s to high 50’s with wind chills making it even colder. Daytime temperatures will be in the 50’s and 60’s.
With those temperatures, Disney is just going to keep Blizzard Beach closed for the sake of guests and Cast Members.
As of this time, the park is expected to resume normal operation on Monday, January 27, 2020. Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed during its annual refurbishment.
