As previously reported, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will reopen to all guests soon. Now, we have some more details on what exactly will reopen in the resort, and that includes some additional dining and merchandise locations.
Yacht Club is set to open on August 24, 2020, but some locations within the resort are set to open a bit earlier. With guests already staying at Disney’s Beach Club Villas for some time, some locations were already open, but more is coming.
Here is what Disney has listed as available amenities:
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
- Ale & Compass Restaurant — reopening on August 20
- Ale & Compass Lounge — reopening on August 20
- The Market at Ale & Compass — reopening on August 24
- Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill (bar only) — reopening on August 24
Disney’s Beach Club Villas
- Beach Club Marketplace (beginning August 23, select offerings will instead be available at the Solarium)
- Ale & Compass Restaurant — reopening on August 20
- Ale & Compass Lounge — reopening on August 20
- The Market at Ale & Compass — reopening on August 24
- Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill (bar only) — reopening on August 24
- Beaches and Cream Soda Shop
- Martha’s Vineyard
On Monday, August 24, the iconic Stormalong Bay pool will also open for guests staying at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and the Beach Club Villas. The Admiral Pool (quiet pool) will also reopen along with fitness center, sports courts, and Movies Under the Stars.
Here are the current reopening dates for other Walt Disney World Resort hotels:
- Sept. 21 – Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
- Oct. 4 – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
- Oct. 14 – Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
- Nov. 1 – Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Previously, Disney had reopening dates set for both Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. These resorts have been entirely removed from the calendar, and they will remain closed until further notice.
