Someone from this weekend’s game will still be going to Disney World, but it won’t be for a championship parade. The Walt Disney Company has confirmed that there will be no Super Bowl Championship Parade in Magic Kingdom this year.
On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face off for the ultimate prize. Unfortunately, due to the current state of the world, there will not be a victory parade in Magic Kingdom on Monday.
Disney is going to still film the always popular “I’m Going To Disney World” commercial after the game. It is usually the MVP of the game or someone else from the winning team.
Disney hopes that things will return a bit to normal next year and allow for the parade, but only time will tell.
