Disney Cruise Line ‘Evaluating Options’ For Disney Wonder Sailings In Alaska This Summer

Along with moves/cancellations for the Disney Dream, Fantasy, and Magic, some moves have been made for the Disney Wonder as well. The Wonder typically has Alaskan sailings throughout the summer, and Disney Cruise Line is currently evaluating their options for those sailings in 2021.

Earlier this year, the Canadian government decided to ban cruise ships from docking in the country through February 2022. It was expected that DCL would cancel those sailings for the Wonder, but they may end up rerouting them.

On the official Disney Cruise Line website, an update has been given regarding the COVID-19 travel alert. For the Disney Wonder’s summer season, those sailings are “under evaluation.”

In light of the Canadian government’s announcement that they will not allow ships with more than 100 passengers to dock in any Canadian port until February 28, 2022, we are evaluating various options for the Disney Wonder’s scheduled season in Alaska. Once a decision is made, we will reach out to Guests booked on these sailings.
