We already knew that Tusker House Restaurant would reopen “this summer” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but now, we know more. On June 20, 2021, guests will be able to dine with safari gear-clad characters once again with an all-new family-style meal.
Donald Duck and all of his friends are set to begin greeting guests back soon, but there will be no buffet. Tusker House will now be a family-style menu with African-inspired flavors for all to enjoy.
Guests will be able to get socially distant pictures of Donald and friends as they make their way through the restaurant. Like other locations on property since the parks reopened, Tusker House is being considered a modified character dining experience.
Reservations for Tusker House will open on Friday, June 4, 2021.
