Walt Disney World Extends Operating Hours In Portions Of May And June 2022

Park hours at Walt Disney World have been extended for parts of May and June 2022. Now, guests will have more time to enjoy the parks and enjoy the magic.

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom will open at 9:00 A.M. on May 1, 2022, and it will close that night at 10:00 P.M.

From May 2-7, 2022, Magic Kingdom will now be opening at 9:00 A.M. and closing at 11:00 P.M.

That means Early Entry will begin at 8:30 A.M. for guests staying at Walt Disney World resorts and other select hotels. On May 4, there will be Extended Evening Hours from 11:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. for guests of Walt Disney World Deluxe Resorts.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

From May 1-7, 2022, Hollywood Studios will now be opening at 8:00 A.M. and closing at 9:00 P.M.

That means Early Entry will begin at 7:30 A.M. for guests staying at Walt Disney World resorts and other select hotels.

EPCOT

From May 1-7, 2022, EPCOT will be opening at 8:30 A.M. and closing at 9:00 P.M.

From May 8 – June 5, 2022, the park will open at 9:00 A.M. and close at 9:00 P.M.

Early Entry for guests staying at Walt Disney World resorts and other select hotels. will be half an hour earlier than the park’s scheduled opening time.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

From May 1-7, 2022, Animal Kingdom will now be opening at 7:30 A.M. and closing at 8:30 P.M.

That means Early Entry will begin at 7:00 A.M. for guests staying at Walt Disney World resorts and other select hotels.
