Tokyo Disney Resort Bans Reselling Of Merchandise By Guests

The Tokyo Disney Resort is taking steps to ensure that all guests get a chance at snagging the items they truly want. The reselling of merchandise is now banned by the resort and those doing so will result in punishment for the guests.

According to the update of the “Theme Park Usage Agreement,” reselling of merchandise is now listed as one of the “Prohibited Acts.” It states that:

“Purchasing products or souvenirs for the purpose of resale” will result in the removal of a guest from the park or their permanent banning from the property.

This new addition to the Theme Park Usage Agreement” will go into effect on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
