Changes have arrived at the Universal Orlando Resort, and it is in the relocation of a few things. For one, the Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Lounge is moving and there will now be far fewer smoking locations for all guests within the parks.
UOAP Lounge
The Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Lounge is no longer in the Hollywood section of Universal Studios Florida. It has closed and will soon be the new location of the Tribute Store.
The new UOAP Lounge is moving to Islands of Adventure and will be located in the former Betty Boop merchandise location in Toon Lagoon.
Designated Smoking Areas
The theme parks of Universal Orlando now only have one designated smoking area in each one. This is down from each having multiple in the past.
In Universal’s Islands of Adventure, the area is near the front entrance of the park. It is at the front of the main lagoon between Super Hero Island and Suess Landing.
At Universal Studios Florida, the designated smoking area is located within Gramercy Park and in front of Revenge of the Mummy.
All previous smoking locations in CityWalk have remain unchanged.
