The 235 acres of property is located just south of Reedy Lake and sits northwest of Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. This is also located near Walt Disney World’s very large solar farm which is off of State Road 429.

It is not yet known what the plans are for these acres or what will become of this new land purchase for Walt Disney World. Speculation is already running wild, but again, Disney has not announced any plans for which this land will be used, according to Biz Journals.

Earlier this year, Disney purchased more than 1,500 acres for $11 million in Osceola County. These new acres were purchased for $6 million.
