Just as with Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure earlier today, Walt Disney World Resort has now announced it will be temporarily close due to Coronavirus concerns.
Beginning at the end of business on Sunday, March 15, 2020, the Walt Disney World Resort will close temporarily through the end of March.
As of now, the resort hotels will remain open until further notice as current guests make accommodations to travel out of the area. Disney Springs will remain open.
Cast Members will be paid during the closure time.
Walt Disney World officials are going to closely monitor the situation with the Coronavirus to determine if any further action needs to be taken.
