A huge refurbishment is coming to Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, and it is going to bring about some huge changes. Those that will be visiting the resort in late summer and through the rest of 2013 need to know of this because it will hinder things a little bit.
The All-Star Sports Resort is going to see both the food court and arcade refurbished, and it appears as if this is being done to make things better for all guests.
Beginning the refurbishment will be when the All-Star Sports arcade room closed on July 28, 2013 and will be closed through Aug. 4, 2013.
At that point on Aug. 5, 2013, the All-Star Sports End Zone food court will be closing on Aug. 5, 2013, and it will be closed for refurbishment until some time in Dec. 2013. For the time being, there will be a quick “Grab-And-Go” food stop available in the arcade, but that’s it.
Buses will be available to transfer guests from All-Star Sports to All-Star Music for use of their Intermission food court.
Arcade games will not be available during the time of refurbishment for the End Zone food court.
