The Lapu Lapu is quite possibly one of the most popular and sought-after drinks in all of Walt Disney World, and they are available at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. Served in a fantastic pineapple, the Lapu Lapu is one drink that you will never forget and will want to come back for, time and time again.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Myer’s Dark Rum
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- 3 parts orange juice
- 1 part Bacardi 151 rum (topped)
- 1 part Quickway sweet and sour mix (other brands may be substituted)
Directions
1.) Mix all ingredients together, but add the Bacardi 151 rum in last.
2.) Add crushed ice to chill.
3.) Serve in regular glasses, but for the authentic feel of the Polynesian, hollow out a pineapple and serve the drink in it.
