Next year is going to be one that is full of magic at the Universal Orlando Resort with the opening of the roller coaster attraction in “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,” and now…we have our first little look at it.
On Monday, Pottermore revealed a first look at the new theme park experience coming to Universal Studios sometime in early 2019. An exact date for it to open is not yet known, but prepare yourselves for long lines.
The new roller coaster is going to follow along with the track of the closed Dragon Challenge and it promises to “immerse guests in an ‘all-new adventure’ in the ‘next installment’ of the Wizarding World.
Take a look at the full poster below.
We don’t know a lot about the attraction, but it is interesting to see little hints in the poster that has been released. There are some Cornish Pixies flying around as the track emerges from the trees in front of Hogwarts, but it will be built in the Hogsmeade area.
The ride is set to join other iconic Wizarding World attractions at Universal Orlando, such as Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff and Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts.
