With the middle to end of February looking like a busy month for Walt Disney World with both Mardi Gras (February 21, 2012) and President’s Day (February 20, 2012) falling around the same time, hours for the Magic Kingdom have been increased on most days.
There wasn’t a single day in February that had Magic Kingdom closing later than 11:00 pm, but now some days have it open until even 1:00 am without Extra Magic Hours (EMH). Extra runs of the
(ELP) are being run as well.
- Friday, February 17: 9am – 1am / ELP – 9pm and 11pm
- Saturday, February 18: 8am – 1am / ELP – 9pm and 11pm
- Sunday, February 19: 8am – 12am / ELP – 9pm and 11pm / EMH: 12am – 3am
- Monday, February 20: 8am – 1am / ELP – 9pm and 11pm
Most of the rest of the week leading up to President’s Day still has the park closing at 11:00 pm but now has it opening at 8:00 am. Don’t forget also that the Magic Kingdom will be open 24 hours from 6am – 6 am starting on the morning of February 29, 2012.
