The little details thrown around the Magic Kingdom are often what really make things even that much better for true Disney fans. Recently, the Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station over in the Storybook Circus section of the Fantasyland Expansion opened up and guests were treated to an area where they could have fun and cool off.
Little did they realize that they’d be in a play-area filled with a small history lesson.
Reader Adam over on the Doctor Disney Facebook Page pointed out that each one of the train cars in the Splash Zone have a two-digit number on them that each represents a special year. They actually each pay tribute to the opening year of the four Walt Disney World parks.
