D23 officially announced there are plans for the 2013 D23 Expo to grow considerably with more seating and a bigger show floor. The event will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center on August9-11, 2013. Tickets have officially gone on sale as of today, August 9, 2012.
The D23 Arena in 2013 will offer around 2,000 seats for the presentations as opposed to last year’s 1,000. But there will be more so others don’t miss out. An extra area will have another 2,000 seats in an overflow theater for more to watch a live stream.
Tickets that are on sale now are at a discounted price only until December 31, 2012. Check out the D23 Expo official site to order. Pricing is as follows:
- One-day adult ticket: $47
- One-day child (3-12) ticket: $37
- D23 members adult one-day: $40
- D23 member child one-day: $32
- Multi-day tickets are available as well for all days
D23 members do indeed receive early admission to the show floor and a special Expo’s Charter Member Lounge is set up for D23 Charter Members.
Gold and silver level D23 members also need to remember that there is the limited Sorcerer’s Package available as well which offers so many extras.
