There have been a lot of rumors flying around lately regarding Disney’s Hollywood Studios that could make some people happy and others a bit upset. Most of the rumors have been centered around Cars Land becoming a part of Walt Disney World as well now, but there is some more on the horizon.
~ Cars Land: Even though there is no confirmation that this is even coming to Orlando, there are a couple different concepts allegedly being thrown around for it. One of them is a Cars Land without Radiator Springs Racers since Epcot already has Test Track.
Another version has a Disney “dark ride” version of Radiator Springs that would include an indoor finale to the attraction.
One more rumor is that if Cars Land does indeed come to DHS, then it will be opening in 2018. Again, take all of this with a grain of salt because there is no confirmation of this happening at all.
~ Beauty & the Beast Stage Show: There have been some rumblings that this age-old stage show could be coming to an end at DHS. The show has been around forever and it still rather popular, but the problem is that B&B has become a huge focus at Magic Kingdom now in New Fantasyland.
There is no confirmation of this either, but it would make a little sense. That is a huge spot and there is even more space behind the stage/arena that could maker way for a new show or possibly another ride.
