A couple of weeks ago, the dates for the new testing phases of MagicBands, MyMagic+, and FASTPass+ at different Walt Disney World Resorts were revealed. Now, it appears as if there is an official roll-out date for it all to go totally live.
WDWNT is reporting that all testing is set t be done by Nov. 30, 2013, and the full roll-out is therefore expected to happen on Dec. 1, 2013.
There is still no official word on MagicBands and FASTPass+ coming for Annual Passholders and non-resort guests. That news is still up in the air even though there are rumors and unconfirmed reports of both coming in the future. There has been more confirmation of MagicBands coming for APs before daily guests.
Below are the dates of when testing expansion with testing officially continuing throughout all of November. If you are to take part in these tests though, Disney will notify you or you can check your My Disney Experience with linked Disney Resort reservation or contact Disney yourself.

I have definitely heard from Disney that all resort guests will be online with the new system as of Nov. 30, though MyMagic+ and the Magicbands will still officially be in the “testing” phase.
