When Pleasure Island exited the scene a few years ago, it left a rather big void in what could be some Disney nightlife that wasn’t in the parks or simply restaurants and shopping. Well, that is what the Epcot After Hours Wind Down will be coming into play and helping to extend your Disney days.
Beginning on April 17, 2014, and going through Sept. 15, 2014, guests will be able to choose one of four World Showcase lounges to enjoy some late-night time at Epcot. Their time spent in the Epcot After Hours Wind Down will last from the conclusion of Illuminations until 11:00 p.m.
The World Showcase lounges participating are:
- La Cava del Tequila – Mexico
- Rose & Crown Pub – United Kingdom
- Spice Road Table – Morocco
- Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar – Italy
Each of these locations are going to offer up small bites for your eating pleasure, and there will also be beverage sampling. Cost will be $35 per lounge, per person with adults and children being the same price.
The $35 is excluding tax and tip. Park admission is required and no discounts can be used. Neither can the Disney Dining Plan.
During the dates listed above, the Epcot After Hours Wind Down will take place Thursday through Sunday of each week.
Advanced Dining Reservations do need to be made for the Epcot After Hours Wind Down, and a wristband will be given to each guest upon their arrival at a particular lounge.
