Winnie the Pooh and Tigger (too) are about to have their very last day for their meet-and-greet at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Their last day in the park is schedule for Saturday, May 10, 2014.
For the next couple of days, Pooh and Tigger will be in their normal greeting spots at the Discovery Island Character Landing which is directly across from Flame Tree BBQ.
Beginning on May 11, 2014, they will no longer be available to meet at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Guests still wishing to meet Pooh and Tigger can still do so in Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom and different times in the United Kingdom pavilion at Epcot.
Word is that some interactive and Next-Gen meet-and-greet locations will be coming to all four Disney Parks starting in the near future, and even possibly as soon as this year. Guests will be able to interact using MyMagic+ and their MagicBands.
Still, for those wishing to see Pooh and Tigger one last time in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you’ve only got a few more days to get over there.
