Cast Member previews for Festival of The Lion King are going on today, and it was confirmed that it would reopen to guests on June 1, 2014, in its new Harambe Theatre. Now, it is possible for guests to make FASTPass+ reservations for the popular attraction.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will see the return of its highly-anticipated show on Sunday, and guests are clamoring for it already.
To book your FASTPass+ reservations for Festival of The Lion King, simply log on to your My Disney Experience and go through the steps.
Show times for the Festival of The Lion King with FASTPass+ will be:
- Shows begin on the hour beginning at 10:00 a.m.
- FASTPass+ reservations will require guests to arrive 15-25 minutes prior to showtime
- Shows will run until 7:00 p.m. on all nights, but Saturday during the summer
- On Saturday evenings during the summer, the final performance will be 4:00 p.m. so they can prepare for Harambe Nights
On Thursday, June 5, 2014, the last performance will also be on 4:00 p.m. for a final dress rehearsal for Harambe Nights.
