Three character meet-and-greet locations are coming to an end at Epcot later this week, and it’s not quite yet known if they it is permanent or if they’ll be coming back or even replaced.
Effective Feb. 14, these three meet-and-greets will be coming to an ending at Epcot:
- Chip ‘n Dale outside Innoventions West
- Winnie the Pooh and Tigger in the United Kingdom pavilion
- Princess Aurora in the France pavilion
That means that Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, will be the last day for all three of these locations.
As of this time, it is not known if these are going to be permanent moves. it’s possible that they could come back later in the year, but that is just speculation at this point.
It is known that an Anna & Elsa meet-and-greet will be coming later this year along with the opening of the Frozen Ever After attraction set for late Spring. It’s also rumored that an Inside Out meet-and-greet will be coming to Epcot sometime soon.
Now, Disney has not come out and publicly stated this so anything is possible to change. Cast Members in Entertainment have been advised of the changes that will be coming to Epcot later this week.
