Changes are coming to some quick-service menu options at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and that will mean some great new choices for Guests. For those that love turkey legs, though, you’re out of luck.
A couple of months ago, the changes at Disney’s Hollywood Studios started as the Oasis Canteen stopped selling funnel cakes and began selling chicken nuggets. One manager advised me that with the closure of New York Street and some quick-service locations, new offerings were going to be made to Guests around the park.
Those are continuing and it’s happening on Sunset Blvd now. According to Kenny the Pirate, changes are coming to a number of locations and it will totally eliminate the turkey legs completely.
Toluca Turkey Legs is going to be renamed to the Sunshine Day Cafe and a brand new menu (unknown at this time) will be put in. The change will officially take place on Aug. 2 which means Aug. 1, 2016, is the last day to get turkey legs at Hollywood Studios.
The Sunset Ranch Market already sells fruits and vegetables, but will soon offer a couple of baked potato options as will Fairfax Faire.
Both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will no longer have turkey legs as the latter stopped selling them some time ago.
Disney has not yet made this an official announcement so things are always subject to change.
