Princess Elena of Avalor will begin her time in Magic Kingdom next week, and it’s all going to begin with her royal welcome.

On Aug. 11, 2016, Disney will live-stream “The Royal Welcome of Princess Elena of Avalor” on the Disney Parks Blog. Tune into the main page at 10:45 a.m. ET on Aug. 11 for a new post that will live-stream of her welcome.
Beginning on Aug. 12, 2016, she will appear several times daily in Magic Kingdom for the royal welcome again. As of now, there is conflicting information as to whether or not there will be a meet-and-greet for Princes Elena or just the royal welcome happening a number of times daily.
Back in April, it was revealed by Disney that she would be arriving in Magic Kingdom, and some speculation is that she will start a meet-and-greet soon at the gazebo in Liberty Square where Princess Tiana used to meet. That has yet to be confirmed, but we will know for sure by next week.
If it is just her royal welcome happening a few times daily, that will make for a busy Main Street U.S.A. with multiple showings of the trolley show, Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire, and the Move It Shake It parade daily as well.
The Disney Parks Blog stated:
Cinderella and Prince Charming appear on the stage of the castle, dándole la bienvenida (giving a welcome) to everyone to this magical kingdom and introducing their special guest from Avalor. Princess Elena arrives accompanied by a troupe of regal banner carriers and musicians and when asked to share her historia, Elena picks up a guitarra and joins her musicians in a performance of the song “My Time,” recounting her magical adventures and triumphant return to Avalor.
