With the one year anniversary of Pandora – The World of Avatar quickly approaching, those who are Annual Passholders at Walt Disney World will receive a little something extra. A special shopping event will be made available to APs and they will get the first crack at a limited-release banshee.
That’s right, from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. on May 27, 2018, Annual Passholders will be allowed into Disney’s Animal Kingdom before the park opens to all guests. They will be led into Pandora and be able to attend a special shopping event inside of Windtraders.
While there, they will be allowed to purchase the limited-release banshee which will be available while supplies last. There is no price yet listed for the anniversary banshee, but APs can use their 20 percent merchandise discount on it while in Pandora.
Annual Passholders do not need to pre-register for this event. Simply show up to Disney’s Animal Kingdom on the early morning of May 27, and head to the AP park entrance. From there, you’ll be allowed in and brought over to Pandora.
