Just when you thought Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party couldn’t get any better, Disney goes ahead and proves you wrong. This year, a number of new and spooky experiences will be available for party-goers, and you won’t want to miss a single one.
Starting in mid-August, the parties will give guests a chance to party in true Halloween style with Disney characters and enjoy all kinds of spooky fun. Now, guests will have so much more to enjoy on top of the Happy HalloWishes fireworks, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and Mickey’s Boo To You Parade.
Today, the Disney Parks Blog revealed these new happenings coming to each Halloween Party this year at Magic Kingdom:
The Mad Tea Party will take you for a colorful ride as new lighting and effects give a new spin on the night. Depending on the color of your costume, you too could transform under the new dancing lights. How cool is that?
On Pirates of the Caribbean, new pirates invade experience, interacting with sailing guests who will join the search for “Gunpowder Pete.” Arrrgh!
On Space Mountain, explorers will hurtle through deep space as a new soundtrack and special effects transform the adventure. Can Space Mountain seriously get any better?
Editor’s Note: I don’t know about you, but this sounds similar to the Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy which happens at Disneyland each Halloween season…and it is awesome!
Also new this year, Storybook Circus welcomes the Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam, a dance party featuring some of your favorite Disney Junior Characters, including Doc McStuffins!
